Customers enrol to the IdentityReport.co.uk service through a monthly subscription. Our refund policy varies depending on time period a service has been active.
You may cancel your service at any time and you will continue to have access to your account for 30 days after cancellation.
You may cancel the services within 14 days from the date that you sign up to our services and be entittled to a full refund.
I currently have an active account, how do I cancel?

When will I receive my refund?
You should allow 5-7 working days for a refund to be received.
